Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of OF.ai by a creator or an agency. Read them before connecting a model; using the service means you accept them.
What the service is
OF.ai is an AI chatter and a workspace for OnlyFans: it writes to fans in the connected model’s voice, sells content from her library at her prices, keeps the history of every fan, and lets a person read any conversation and take it over. AI Chatter is free for the first model of an account, and additional models use AI Sexter; AI Sexter is priced per model per month plus a share of the sales the AI made, as published on the pricing page.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the connected OnlyFans account or hold the right to operate it, that the content you upload is yours to sell, and that your use complies with OnlyFans’ terms, applicable law and your own contracts. You set the persona, the limits and the prices, and you read what the AI writes. You keep your OF.ai credentials secure.
What the AI may and may not do
The AI writes messages and sends files from your approved library at the prices you set. It does not change account settings, prices on OnlyFans, or payouts, and it does not answer on the topics you forbid. You can switch it off for any fan or for the whole model at any time.
Billing
Charges are drawn from your account balance, which you top up by card or USDT. Every charge is itemized on your Statement. When the balance falls below the published grace allowance, the AI pauses until the account is topped up; nothing is sent in your name while it is paused.
Platform risk
OnlyFans sets and changes its own rules. We operate each model from her own dedicated IP and session, we never store her password and we only send what you approved, but no software system can guarantee zero risk of a platform action. The decision to use automation, and that risk, remain with the account owner.
Content and intellectual property
Your content, your persona and your conversations remain yours. The OF.ai software, its prompts and its interface remain ours. You grant us only the right to process your content as needed to run the service for you.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost revenue, or for actions OnlyFans takes on an account. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
Ending the agreement
You can disconnect any model and close the account at any time; data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, the law or OnlyFans’ rules, and will tell you why.
